KMS Beauty is a Home based salon based in the heart of Shinfield.

TERMS ANS CONDITIONS:

  • All deposits are non refundable. 

  • Deposits are non transferable to another person or appointment type. 

  • Please kindly allow a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your appointment. Failing to do so will occur a £10 admin fee to reschedule and a full loss of your original deposit. In additional,  full payment of your appointment will still be due as not enough notice has been given to allow Katie to fill your appointment slot.

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment- 1x rescheduled appointment is allowed within a 4 week period free of charge. Anything outside of this will result in loss of deposit and full charge of new appointment. 

  • Please arrive on time to all appointment. Whilst we understand that things may happen to delay your journey which is out of your control. If you are running more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, please stop and ring Katie to discuss and this may result in rescheduling your appointment as this effects further appointments booked. 

  • If lateness and appointment rescheduling occurs regularly, you may be charged the full amount of your appointment as this is a loss of business for KMS Beauty. 

  • All appointments are pre booked appointments only. KMS BEAUTY is a home based studio and will not allow unplanned appointment to arrive. We ask that you respect the business as this is a family home.

  • For mobile appointment, please let Katie know if there is a parking charge ahead of your appointment. This will be chargeable back to the client. Failing to do so will result in a loss of your appointment. 

  • Parking and environment space needs to be in a safe and secure environment, if whatever reason this is not safe Katie has the right to leave the appointment. 

  • If for whatever reason Katie cannot conduct the appointment, a full refund will be issued. 

  • Bridal Booking - Please review your terms and conditions in your bridal contract.
